摘要
高校教务管理工作具有繁琐、复杂的特点,这对教务管理人员要求较高。但目前高校教务管理人员来源多样,学历相差较大,素质参差不齐,再加上对本职工作认识上的误区,已影响到高校教务管理工作的顺利开展,进而对高校教学质量的提高形成不良影响,亟待采取措施加以改进,加快考核机制建设,加强对教务管理人员的培养,建立稳定的教务管理队伍等将是教务管理人员提高素质的首要任务。
Fussy and perplexing teaching management works in colleges put forward high requirements for edu- eatlonal administrators. However, their diverse sources, obviously different academic qualifications, uneven qualities and misunderstandings of their own duties have influenced the smooth running of teaching management works in col- leges, which has negative impact on the improvement of teaching quality. Therefore, measures should be taken to improve and accelerate the construction of the assessment mechanism, strengthen the training of the educational ad- ministrators and establish a stable educational administrator team, which are primary tasks to improve the quality of educational administrators.
