摘要
错牙合畸形伴深覆牙合病例中经常伴随Spee曲线异常。深Spee曲线会造成咀嚼肌失衡,严重可导致咬合功能障碍。正确理解Spee曲线概念以及整平Spee曲线的方法对于每位正畸医生均相当重要,且临床治疗中存在一定难度。本文对Spee曲线的发生发展、整平Spee曲线的方法以及影响因素做一系统性梳理,以助于正畸临床的诊断与治疗。
An excessive curve of Spee is frequently observed in dental malocclusions with deep overbites,and leveling of the curve with overbite reduction is hence a common treatment objective. Such exaggerated curve of spee alters the imbalance of muscle,leading to the improper functional occlusion. The cause leading to the altered condition and the treatment of leveling of the curve with spee require specialized skills for the practitioner. It would be useful to have a thorough knowledge of how the curve of Spee develops,which will aid us in our treatment.
