摘要
在Ansys中建立压力表弹簧管的几何模型,对模型进行加载前和加载后的有限元分析,得到压力表弹簧管在工作状态下的应力云图、位移云图。从云图中可得压力表弹簧管的最大应力出现在压力表弹簧管圆弧部分。对弹簧管进行模态分析,得到弹簧管加载前的前两阶模态的固有频率。仿真分析结果符合实际并可以为压力表弹簧管的设计提供一定的参考。
The geometry model of spring tube was constructed in Ansys. The geometry model of spring tube to be loaded and analyzed .Get the plots of wm Mises stress. Can be obtained the maximum stress of the spring tube pressure gauge occurs in the arc tube portion of the spring gauge. Then the spring tube be modal analyzed to obtain the first and the second order modal natural frequency before be loaded. Simulation results are realistic
