摘要
为了保证高强预应力管桩(PHC管桩)施工质量,确保PHC管桩加固软土地基的效果。通过PHC管桩在厦深铁路软土地基工程的施工,对PHC管桩处理铁路软土地基的加固方法、施工工艺作了详细介绍,同时对于PHC管桩施工过程的质量控制要点及注意事项进行了详细阐述。加固后路基沉降量达到要求,达到了预期的加固效果。证明了PHC管桩加固铁路软土地基技术可靠性,对同类工程提供了参考价值。
In Order to ensure the construction quality of high - strength prestressed PHC pipe pile, and the reinforcing effect of PHC pile in soft soil, through the construction of the PHC pile on soft foundation in Xiamen - Shenzhen Railway engineering, the paper introduced the reinforcement methods, construction technology of the PHC pile at soft foundation treatment. At the same time it described the quality con- trol and precautions in detail on PHC pile construction process. After reinforcement the settlement meets the requirements, soft foundation get the desired processing results. The article verifies the reliability of the processing technology of the PHC pope pile in soft foundation, and provide a reference value for similar projects.
