摘要
介绍了基于波形分析的故障诊断思路与方法,以大众帕萨特B5车型为例,利用大众专用诊断仪VAS5051B(含示波仪功能)测试了大众汽车发动机转速传感器、喷油器及氧传感器并进行分析,对快速排除汽车电控系统故障,提高维修质量和效率具有一定的意义。
This paper introduces the fault diagnosis ideas and method based on waveform analysis, to Volkswagen Passat B5 automobile as an example, using the mass of special diagnostic instrument VAS5051B(including the oscilloscope function) and test the engine speed sensor waveform,the fuel injectors waveform and the oxygen sensor waveform and analysis, for exclusion of automobile electronic control system fault quickly, has a certain significance to improve the repair quality and efficiency.
