摘要
针对汶川地震后广元市利州区洪灾频发的实际情况及水资源管理的现实需求,以GIS技术为依托,设计水资源监测管理系统。本文对GIS在水文情报预警及防洪减灾、洪涝灾害风险性分析、水资源利用评价与空间管理、水环境管理与水污染控制等4个方面的应用进行分析总结。
The demand for real after the earthquake Lizhou District in Guangyuan flood-prone area and the actual situation of water resources management in GIS technology based on the design of water resources monitoring and management system.In this paper,GIS in hydrology intelligence warning and flood control,flood risk analysis,evaluation and application of water use four aspects of space management,environmental management and water pollution control,analyzed and summarized.
