摘要 针对多段压裂水平井采用分段生产测试找水和阵列法产液剖面测试找水工艺存在的找水周期长、测试成本高问题,研制了单封拖动管柱快速找水和井下分段取样快速找水两种类型水平井快速找水工艺管柱,实现了套返水淹井和不套返见水井两种不同出水情况水平井快速找水测试。现场试验证明,两套快速找水管柱能够准确找到出水层位,测试效率高、测试成本低,为水平井规模化开发提供了技术保障。 The problems of long water detection cycle and high testing cost exist in the water detecting technologies of the stepped production test and array fluid production profiling for multi-interval fractured horizontal well. Two types of quick water detecting technological strings for the horizontal well are developed: single-packer dragged string and downhole staged sampling string, thus the quick water detection and test for the two kinds of water-produ- cing horizontal wells are realized for both casing fluid-returning watered-out producer and no-return water bro- kenthrough one. The field application shows that the two sets of quick water detecting string can accurately find out the water brokenthrough horizons, the testing efficiency is improved, the testing costs are reduced, therefore the technical guarantees are provided for the generalized and large-size application of the horizontal well.
