摘要
运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法,对我国女子跆拳道奥运冠军吴静钰进行个案研究,以对抗性项群优秀运动员竞技能力"金字塔"结构为依据,归纳分析了吴静钰的竞技能力结构及其体能特征、心智能力特征和技战术应用能力特征,旨在为女子跆拳道小级别项目的训练比赛实践提供理论参考。
This paper applies literature review, expert interview, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, makes a case study about China＇s Taekwondo Olympic champion Wu Jingyu. Based on the Athletics Capacity ＂pyramid＂ structure of elite athletes in physical event group, this paper summarizes and analyzes the athletic ability structure, the characteristic of physical, mental, technical and tactical ability, aiming to provide theoretical references for the training and competition of lower-weight women Taekwondo.
