摘要
采用人工接种鉴定和田间自然鉴定的方法,鉴定了30个油菜品种对菌核病的抗性,比较了不同鉴定方法之间的差异。结果表明:苗期叶片菌丝块接种法、离体叶片菌丝块接种法、草酸浸根法和苗期叶柄接种法等4种苗期鉴定方法均能显著区分材料的抗感性,但不同方法间相关性不显著;花期菌丝块叶腋接种法和牙签茎秆接种法也能显著区分材料的抗感性,且2种方法间呈极显著正相关;苗期叶片菌丝块接种法和叶柄接种法与花期的2种鉴定方法之间相关显著;根据抗性鉴定方法比较结果,结合油菜菌核病发生规律,认为花期的2种鉴定方法能有效反映抗感品种的差异,且牙签茎秆接种法更为可靠。
The resistance to sclerotinia of 30 rapeseed varieties was identified with six inoculation methods in greenhouse and natural disease identification method in field,and the results of different identification methods were compared in this study.The results showed that the methods of sclerotinia mycelium inoculating to leaves,to petiole and to leaves in vitro at seedling stage,and the method of dipping seedling root to oxalic acid solution could significantly identify the resistance and susceptible of the rapeseed varieties,but there were no significant correlation among these four identification methods.The method of sclerotinia mycelium inoculating to plant axil,and toothpick inoculated by mycelium sticking to plant stem at flowering period could also effectively identify the resistance of different varieties,and there was significant correlation between the two methods.Based on the results of comparison among different identification methods and the rule of sclerotinia occurrence,the two methods at adult stage could effectively identify the difference of resistance among varieties,and the method of toothpick inoculated by mycelium sticking to stem at flowering period was relatively more reliable than the other one.
