血友病B型患儿合并硬膜外血肿1例报道

摘要 急诊科常能遇见凝血障碍的外伤患者,病情紧急而不能及时明确凝血异常时,使急诊手术面临出血不止的棘手问题[1]。血友病为遗传性凝血功能障碍引起的出血性疾病,为临床少见疾病。因其血浆中不同凝血因子含量减少或功能异常,使凝血活性降低或缺失,从而形成严重的凝血功能障碍。临床多以出血不止来急诊,颅内持续出血是其主要死因,而一旦出现颅内血肿的患者多为中重型血友病[2]。
