摘要 建立了镍丝中的铁、锰、铜元素的电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)的测定方法,样品经盐酸、硝酸溶解,以水稀释定容,曲线采用基体匹配,于优化选定的仪器条件下测定铁、锰、铜元素。本方法测定回收率均在96.0%~99.0%之间,标准偏差小于0.8%,该法操作简便,分析快速,结果准确。 To establish the method for determination of iron, manganese and copper element in nickel wire by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP- AES). The samples dissolve in nitric acid and hydrochloric acid, and then dilution constant volume by deionized water. The operational parameters adopt for matrix matching, determination of iron manganese and copper element in the optimized selection conditions. The recovery of this method within the range of 96.0% ~99.0%, and the standard deviation is less than 0.8%. The satisfactory results obtain with this sample and effective.
