经桡动脉穿刺进行椎动脉狭窄支架成形术的疗效 被引量：3

摘要 目的:观察经桡动脉穿刺进行椎动脉狭窄支架成形术的有效应和安全性。方法:11例经过脑血管造影确定为椎动脉狭窄并具有手术适应证的患者,进行经桡动脉穿刺行椎动脉狭窄支架成形术。结果:11例患者均完成椎动脉狭窄支架成形术,术后狭窄均得到缓解,无手术并发症发生。结论 :经桡动脉途径进行椎动脉狭窄支架成形术治疗是一种安全有效的治疗方法,可避免因动脉迂曲而导致的介入治疗失败。
