摘要
采用化学成分分析、金相检验、硬度检测等方法对球磨机齿轮轴齿面剥落的原因进行了分析。结果表明:齿轮轴齿面剥落的主要原因是磨机地基设计不符合要求,磨机超负荷运行造成齿轮轴发生过载和偏载,齿轮轴齿面硬度不均匀,齿面硬度偏低。
By using chemical components analysis,metallographic examination and hardness test,the reasons of teeth surface spalling are analyzed. The results show that the main reasons of gear shaft teeth surface spalling are that mill foundation design does not meet the requirements,and the overload of mill causes the overload and partial load of gear shaft,and in addition,and the tooth surface hardness is uneven and low.
