摘要
目的了解深圳市沙井街道学校的生活饮用水卫生现状,保障学生饮水安全与身体健康。方法按照随机抽样的方法抽取辖区内的40所学校,根据国家相关技术规定要求,采用现场采样检测和问卷调查相结合的方法。结果饮水卫生管理情况调查中发现只有35.0%的学校配有管理人员;其中使用直饮水的学校只有31.3%有卫生许可批件,50.0%有水质检查报告;使用桶装水学校中只有50.0%的送水工人拥有健康证。水样检测的合格率为67.8%;不合格指标有细菌总数(合格率为68.7%)、浑浊度(合格率为93.9%)和总大肠杆菌群(合格率为96.5%);而酵母菌群、霉菌菌群和导电率合格率均为98.3%;直饮水与桶装水的合格率分别为60.0%、78.0%(P<0.05);2012年与2013年学校生活饮用水水质检测合格率分别为84.2%、59.7%(P<0.05)。结论沙井街道学校饮用水水质卫生安全存在隐患,结果提示学校饮用水卫生管理制度亟待进一步完善,并加强对水质的监测,确保学校饮用水卫生安全。
OBJECTIVE To insure the safety and health standard of the drinking water and to protect the health for students,we inquired into the health condition of drinking water in the schools of Shajing Street. METHODS It selected 40 schools stochastically inthe district,then used the methods of sampling and testing on the spot and questionnaire investigation according to the related technical requirements of our nation. RESULTS Survey on health management of drinking water shows that only 35% of the schools havethe managerial staff on drinking water;31.3% of the schools which use direct drinking water have the permission documents;50%have the water testing reports;only 50% water supply workers have health certificate in the schools using bottled water. The qualified rate of water sample testing is up to 67.8%; Unqualified index includes total bacteria count in water(68.7%), turbidity(93.9%),and the total coliform group(96.5%);besides,the qualified rates of the yeast flora,fungal flora,and conductivity areall up to 98.3%. the qualified rates of direct drinking water and bottled water are 60% and 78%(P〈0.05);the water testing qualifiedrates of 2012 and 2013 are 84.2% and 59.7%(P〈0.05). CONCLUSION There are risks in health and safety of drinking water in theschools of Shajing Street. The investigation showed that it called for perfecting of the system of school drinking water health management,as well as to strengthen water quality monitoring as to make sure the safety of the school drinking water.
