化学沉积Ni–Fe–P合金的冲蚀特性研究

摘要 采用扫描电镜、能谱仪、X射线衍射等方法,研究了化学沉积Ni–Fe–P合金的组成和结构,并对其冲蚀性进行了研究。结果表明,随着镀液中硫酸亚铁浓度增大,化学沉积Ni–Fe–P镀层中的铁含量增大,磷含量下降。化学沉积Ni–Fe–P镀层的腐蚀电位比化学镀Ni–P镀层的腐蚀电位高。在3.5%(质量分数)Na Cl溶液组成的悬浮液冲击下,碳化硅颗粒粒度为124μm时,镀层质量损失出现最大值,随着悬浮液流速的增大镀层质量损失增加。 The composition and structure of electroless deposited Ni–Fe–P alloys were studied by the methodsof scanning electron microscope, energy dispersive spectroscopy and X–ray diffraction. The erosion property of thedeposition was tested. The results showed that, with increasing of the concentration of ferrous sulfate in the platingsolution, iron content of electroless deposited Ni–Fe–P coating increased and phosphorus content decreased. The corrosionpotential of electroless deposited Ni–Fe–P alloy was higher than electroless plating Ni–P alloy. Under the impact ofsuspension contained 3.5% NaCl solution,the mass loss of the deposition had a maximum value as the particle size ofsilicon carbide was 124 μm. The mass loss of the deposition increased with the velocity of the suspension increased.
