摘要
目的：探讨分娩镇痛在产科分娩过程中的应用效果及护理干预。方法选取我院2013年6月-2014年6月期间收治的60例产科分娩患者作为研究对象，所有患者采取硬膜外分娩镇痛，并围绕产妇产前、产中、产后实行“一对一”全程护理陪护。结果所有孕产妇经有效镇痛和护理后，均顺利分娩，临床效果满意，产妇和新生儿均未见并发症发生。结论对产科分娩患者采取分娩镇痛并实施有效护理干预能明显提高产科患者自然分娩率以及产妇和新生儿健康水平。
Objective Discussion analgesia in obstetric application effect during childbirth and nursing intervention： Methods Our hospital in June 2013 - 2014 cases of obstetric deliveries in June 60 patients admitted during the study, all patients taking epidural analgesia, and around maternal prenatal, delivery and postnatal implementation of ＂one to one＂ full nursing escort. Results After all maternal effective analgesia and care, both smooth delivery,, satisfactory clinical results, maternal and newborn were no complications. Conclusion Patients taking delivery of obstetric analgesia and implement effective nursing intervention can significantly improve the natural birth rate of obstetric and maternal and newborn health patients.
