摘要
商业银行"信用中介"功能的强弱,很大程度上取决于其"信息中介"能力的大小。在互联网金融的大潮之下,互联网企业不断挑战商业银行"信息中介"的地位。商业银行只要做好顶层设计,实施平台战略,着力建设现代化的物流体系,将其打造成商业银行"线上+线下"服务的重要基础设施,并发展成为接触客户、感知客户的重要渠道,以及实现网点转型、主动服务客户的重要途径,就能形成物流、资金流、信息流"三流合一"的核心竞争力,引领互联网金融发展。
If commercial banks' function of "credit intermediary" is strong or weak is determined by their capability of"information intermediary". Under the background of internet finance, the internet enterprises is constantly challenging commercial banks' position as the "information intermediary". The commercial banks should do a better job in top-design, implement the platform strategy,focus on building the modernized logistic system,and make this logistic system to be the important infrastructure for the commercial banks to provide "online and offline" service,the important channel for the commercial banks to contact with their customers and perceive the felling of their customers,and the important way for the commercial banks to realize the transformation of their networks and positively provide their customers with service. With the help of that,the commercial banks' core competitiveness integrating material flow,capital flow and information flow will be fostered, which will lead the development of internet finance.
