摘要
一二三产业融合互动是加快农业现代化建设的必然要求。农村市场化改革、新兴技术的普及、农业多功能性需求崛起以及工商资本大量进入农业为一二三产业融合互动创造了条件。促进我国一二三产业融合互动,应完善工商资本进入农业的相关政策,破除产业融合发展的要素制约,采取强有力的组织保障和财税支持,鼓励技术和商业模式的创新和普及,推进农业产业集群和综合农协发展。
Integration and interaction of three industries is a necessary requirement to speed up the construction of agricultural modernization. Rural market-oriented reforms, the popularity of emerging technologies, the rise in demand for agricultural versatility and industrial and commercial capital poured into agriculture create the conditions for integration of agriculture and other industries. In order to accelerate integration and interaction of three industries, we should improve policy of industrial and commercial capital entering agriculture, get rid of factor constraints of industrial convergence, take strong organizational guarantee and fiscal support, encourage innovation and diffusion of technology and business models and promote development of industrial cluster and comprehensive agricultural association.
