摘要
从内部效率和外部效率的视角对如何衡量文化产权交易市场效率进行理论剖析,并以天津文化艺术品交易所为研究样本,选取10个具有代表性的指标,利用SPSS19.0对文化产权交易市场效率进行因子分析。实证结果表明,基于选定的指标和数据,文化产权交易市场效率的主要影响因素中,市场供给能力是最重要的影响因素,市场交易成本是次重要的影响因素,市场融资能力的重要性位于前两者之后。提高文化产权交易市场效率,应从交易制度、监管体系、公司治理结构、信息披露制度等方面积极推进文化产权交易市场制度创新。
This paper theoretically analyzes how to measure the efficiency of cultural property rights trading market from the perspective of internal efficiency and external efficiency. And taking Tianjin Cultural Artwork Exchange as a study sample, this paper selects ten representative indicators to perform the factor analysis on the efficiency of cultural property rights trading market with the SPSS19.0. The empirical results show that based on selected indicators and data, market supply capacity is the most important factor, market transaction cost is the second important factor, and market financing capacity is the third important factor, which mainly affect the efficiency of cultural property rights trading market. In order to improve the efficiency of cultural property rights trading market, efforts should be made from transaction system, regulatory system, corporate governance structure, information disclosure system to actively promote the system innovation of cultural property rights trading market.
