摘要
[目的]观察中药外洗、青黛散外敷联合玻特利软膏治疗肛周湿疹疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例门诊患者按抽签法简单随机分为两组。禁用鱼虾、咖啡、白酒以及浓茶等,痔疮、肛裂等手术治疗。对照组50例清洗肛门,玻特利软膏,涂抹患部,早晚各一次。治疗组50例肛肠外洗（苦参、马齿苋、黄柏、土茯苓、地肤子、生地榆、蛇床子各30g,生百部、五倍子、槐角各15g）,水煎300m L,加温水2000m L,坐浴10～15min/次,1次/d;青黛散（青黛10g,石膏煅5g,生黄芪、五倍子各10g,枯矾、滑石各5g,黄柏10g,白芷5g）,磨粉,早晚外敷;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测临床症状、皮肤破损、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈21例,显效16例,有效3例,无效3例,总有效率94.00%。对照组痊愈12例,显效29例,有效13例,无效15例,总有效率70.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]中药外洗、青黛散外敷联合玻特利软膏治疗肛周湿疹效果显著,值得推广。
[ Objective ] To observe the anorectal combination of wash, indigo naturalis powder bo＇s eczema ointment in the treatment of anal weeks curative effect. [ Methods ] Using random parallel control method, 100 cases of clinic patients into two groups according to random number table method. Disable the fish and shrimp, coffee, wine, and strong tea, etc., hemorrhoids, anal fissure surgery for the treatment. In the control group of 50 cases of cleaning anus, bo trey ointment, daub affected part, once in the morning and night. Treatment group 50 cases of anorectal wash （ Kushen,Machixian,Huanghai, Tufuling, Difuzi, Shengdiyu,Shechuangzi each 30 g, Shengbaibu,Wubeizi,Huaijiao each 15 g ） , Fried two 300 ml water, heating water, 2000 ml, sitz bath for 10-15 min/times, 1/d; Indigo naturalis powder （ Qingdai 10 g, Duanshigao5 g,Shenghuangqi,Wuheizi each 10 g, Kufan,Huashi 5 g, Huangbai 10 g, Baizhi 5 g ） , flour, apply is in the morning and evening; Western medicine treatment with the control group. 15 d continuous treatment for 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 2 period of treatment, judge curative effect. [ Results ] the treatment group （ 21 cases cured, 16 cases were markedly improved, 3 cases ineffective in 3, and the total effective rate was 94.00%. Control group 12 cases recovered, 29 cases had marked effect, effectively and 13 cases, 15 cases were invalid, the total effective rate was 70.00%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Anorectal combination of wash, indigo naturalis powder bo trey ointment treatment crissum eczema effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
