摘要
采用丝网印刷法在氧化铝基底上制备了La0.6Sr0.4FeO3薄膜。利用扫描电镜、流变仪、X射线衍射仪、红外光谱仪、四探针和划痕仪研究了有机载体配比对薄膜成膜效果、浆料粘度、电阻均匀性和与基底结合强度等的影响。结果表明,松油醇和乙基纤维素(EC)的配比对浆料成膜效果影响显著,加入60%松油醇时,薄膜较为平整,但裂纹较多。当加入乙基纤维素(EC)2%~3%时,浆料粘度提高为0.23 Pa·s和0.55 Pa·s,最有利于薄膜印刷,且膜裂纹少,膜层均匀连续;烧结后的薄膜为单一的钙钛矿相,且Fe-O键比粉体的结合强;并且薄膜方阻均匀,与基底的结合力强。因此松油醇含量60%、EC加入量2%~3%的铁酸锶镧浆料最适于丝网印刷成膜。
La0. 6Sr0. 4FeO3 thin films were prepared on the alumina substrate by screen printing method. SEM,X-ray diffraction,infrared spectrometer,rheometer,four point probe and scratch tester were used to characterize the film-formation results,slurry viscosity,resistance uniformity and banding strength. The results showed that the ratio of terpineol to ethyl cellulose(EC) had a significant effect on the film-forming. When adding 60% terpineol,the films were smooth with cracks. When adding2% ~ 3% EC,the viscosity of the slurry increased to 0. 23 and 0. 55 Pa·s,which were the best organic carrier composition. After sintering the film was single perovskite phase,and the strength of Fe-O band was bigger than the powder,which had the most uniform sheet resistance and the strongest banding strength to substrate. Therefore,60% terpineol and 2% ~ 3% EC content is most suitable for screen printing La0. 6Sr0. 4FeO3 film.
