摘要
目的通过精细化管理的实施提高骨科病房护理服务品质。方法应用PDCA管理循环监控,强化优质护理服务,将精细化管理运用到骨科病房护理服务实践中。结果实施精细化管理能使护士更好地为患者服务,提高护理服务意识和操作技能。结论精细化管理能提高护理人员工作能力,提高患者满意率,改善护患关系。
ObjectiveThrough the implementation of the DM improve the orthopedic ward nursing service quality. MethodsThe application of PDCA management cycle monitoring, to strengthen the quality of nursing service, the DM applied to the practice of orthopedic ward nursing service.Results The implement of DM can make the nurses better service for patients, improve nursing service consciousness and skills.Conclusion The DM can improve nursing staff work ability, improve patients’ satisfaction, improve the relationship between nurses and patients.
