摘要
针对5年制高职护理专业教育的特点,围绕护理岗位核心胜任力,探索高职护理"融合-递进-提升"人才培养模式并实践。学生通过5年的护理专业学习,毕业后具备护理岗位胜任力,能较好地满足护理岗位需求。
According to the characteristics of the five-year higher vocational nursing education and focused on the core competency of nursing post, the "fusion-progressive-lifting" training mode of higher vocational nursing professionals was explored and carried out. The graduates after five-year training would possess core competency in nursing and meet the requirement of nursing posts.
