摘要
目的 探讨手术室无痛护理干预对非全身麻醉手术患者术中舒适度的影响.方法 选取手术室非全身麻醉手术患者200例,其中2012年1月至2012年12月非全身麻醉患者100例为观察组,2013年1月至2013年12月非全身麻醉患者100例为对照组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理基础上实施手术室无痛护理.在护理前后对患者的舒适度及VAS疼痛进行评估.结果 观察组患者接入手术室后0、1、2、3h的舒适度评分均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（t =5.39、11.43、4.38、14.37,P＜0.05）.手术前,两组患者疼痛评分相当,差异未见统计学意义（P＞0.05）;手术后,两组患者疼痛评分均显著上升,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;观察组护理后疼痛评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 对手术室非全身麻醉患者实施无痛手术室管理措施能减轻患者的疼痛程度,提高患者的舒适程度,是一种值得推荐的护理方法.
Objective To investigate the effect of operation room painless intervention nursing on comfort degree of patients with non general anesthesia.Methods Two hundred patients with non general anesthesia in operation room were selected as the observation object,of which 100 cases from January 2012 to December 2012 as the observation group,100 cases of non general anesthesia patients from December 2013 to January 2013 as the observation group.Patients in the control group were given routine care,and patients in the observation group were given painless nursing in operation room based on routine nursing.Patient＇s comfort and VAS pain assessment were evaluated before and after nursing.Results The comfort scores of 0,1,2,3 h of patients access to the operation room in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（t =5.39,11.43,4.38,14.37,P ＜ 0.05）.Before the operation,the patients＇ pain scores had no significant difference between the two groups （P ＞ 0.05） ; but after operation,the patients＇ pain scores significantly increased,with significant difference （P ＜ 0.05） ; the pain score of observation group after nursing was significantly lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusions Operation room painless management measures for patients with non general anesthesia,can effectively alleviate the pain of patients,improve the patient＇s comfort,is a recommendable nursing method.
