摘要
目的 开展优质护理服务,提高患者对护理工作的满意度.方法 通过培训学习、提高认识、提升素质、转变理念、规范管理、实施临床护理扁平化护理工作模式等措施,调查比较实施前后患者对护理工作满意度及护理质量.结果 实施优质护理服务活动后,患者满意度与护理质量均有显著提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 开展优质护理服务,可以提高护理服务质量,有利于提高患者对护理工作的满意度.
Objective To provide high quality nursing and improve the satisfaction of the nursing service in patients with chronic diseases.Methods The implementation of training and education,stronger awareness,solid qualification,flexible mentality,standard management and the mode of clinical nursing responsibility group were carried out,and investigation on the satisfaction of the nursing service in patients was made and the nursing quality was compared before and after the implementation.Results The difference was significant in the nursing job satisfaction in the patients and nursing quality before and after high quality nursing service(P <0.05).Conclusions The implementation of high quality nursing service can improve the nursing quality,thus raise nursing job satisfaction in patients with chronic disease.
