BB65t机车用C1200型空压机积碳原因

摘要 C1200型空压机是BB65t机车空气系统的关键部件,是机车所用压力空气的提供机械,压力空气主要用于机车制动、百叶窗开启、鸣笛、雨刷等方面。积碳是空压机在高温、高压环境下常见现象之一,空压机的积碳主要发生在进排气阀,影响空气的进气、排气通畅性,严重制约着空压机的效率发挥,影响整个空气系统的作用发挥,最终影响机车的安全运行。阐述了C1200型空压机积碳发生的机理、产生的原因及可能造成的危害,并针对BB65t机车的使用环境、该空压机的工作情况,对积碳问题提出了相应的预防措施和解决方法。 The air compressor of C1200 was used to provide the forced air for locomotives, which was the key parts of the BB65t locomotive. The forced air was used to the braking system of the locomotive, opening and closing the shutters, whistling and windshield wipers. In the high temperature and high pressure environment, the carbon deposition which was one of the common phenomena will be generated inlet and exhaust valve, the air intake and exhaust flow will be effected, the efficiency and functions of air compressors will be severely restricted also, the safe running of the locomotive can' t be guaranteed. The reasons and potential harm of the carbon deposition was introduced, and according to the used environment of BB65t locomotive and the air compressor, the corresponding preventive measures and solutions were proposed.
