单纯疱疹病毒性脑炎合并急性视网膜坏死综合征1例报告

摘要
急性视网膜坏死综合征（ARN）是一种严重的眼科疾病。单纯疱疹病毒性脑炎合并ARN临床罕见,现报告1例如下。1病例男,45岁,农民,已婚。因＂发热11 d,精神异常6d,意识障碍2 d＂于2014年1月5日入院。患者11 d前出现发热,5 d后出现精神异常。外院头颅MRI检查示双侧颞叶、海马、岛叶及右侧额叶皮质区异常信号影;
