摘要
钛种植体与机体形成良好的骨结合是种植成功的关键。自然条件下,钛表现为生物惰性,需要通过表面改性来获得生物活性。经过表面改性后,钛表面发生了化学改变。本文综述了表面化学特性的几个研究角度(润湿性、表面电荷、表面能和化学结构),解释了种植体表面活化的可能原因。
Osseointegration is the key factor of dental implants. In natural cases, titanium is considered bioinert, because they do not bond to living bone. After surface modification, titanium becomes bioactive. Any kind of modification will change the surface characteristics. In this review, some angles(wetting, surface charge, surface energy, surface texture) will be discussed to find out the possible mechanisms for the activation of the titanium.
