摘要
中国慈善自古发展至今,已经经历了由传统向近代的第一次转型,并正在进行由近代向当代的第二次转型。在由近代向当代的第二次发展转型中,中国慈善面临着极大的挑战。欲使当代中国慈善发展转型步伐加快、顺利而成功地达到目标,其正确合理的抉择是:传承中国慈善的优良传统;创新当代慈善发展的理念;完善当代慈善组织的运行机制;加强当代慈善文化的建设;理顺政府与慈善事业的关系。
Chinese philanthropy has experienced the first transformation from tradition to modern time and has the second ongoing transformation from modern to contemporary times till now. In the process of the second transformation from modern to contemporary times, enormous challenges face Chinese philanthropy. In order to speed up the development transformation of contemporary Chinese philanthropy and smoothly and successfully achieve targets, we should carry out right and rational choices as follows, the inheritance of excellent tradition of Chinese philanthropy; the innovation of contemporary philanthropy development ideas; the imperfection of operation mechanism of contemporary philanthropy organization; the enhancement of the con- struction of contemporary philanthropy culture; the arrangement of the relationship between gov- ernments and philanthropy.
