摘要
提出一种新型的多频段负折射材料结构,单元结构由介质基板两侧的金属线和三个开口谐振环构成。利用参数反演法得到材料的电磁参数表明:该材料可以在微波C波段到Ku波段出现多个负折射频带。另外,数值模拟发现,几个主要结构参数如金属线的长度和宽度、开口谐振环的宽度和中间开口谐振环内外环间距对材料负折射频带有不同程度的影响。同时这些结果也表明该材料的多频段负折射特性在一定的参数取值范围内是稳定存在的。
A novel kind of structure of negative index metamaterial (NIM) is proposed, which consists of the unit cells with metal wires and three split ring reso-nators (SRRs) located on the opposite sides of a dielectric substrate. The electromagnetic parameters obtained by S-parameter retrieval method demonstrate that the structure can exhibit multiple negative index bands from C to Ku microwave bands. Besides, numerical simulation shows that the main structure parameters, such as the length and the width of the metal wire, the width of SRRs and the space between the inner and outer rings of the middle SRRs, have different influences on negative index bands. Which implying that the structure possesses a stable characteristic of the multi-band negative refraction within a certain range of the selected parameters.
