摘要
目的探讨专业小组全程化护理干预在永久性肠造口患者中的应用效果。方法选择2013年4月-2014年3月在我院行永久性肠造口手术的直肠癌患者126例,随机分为对照组(68例)和对照组(58例),干预组采用专业小组全程化护理干预,对照组采用常规护理干预。对比观察出院时两组患者在满意度、造口护理正确例数、自我护理能力及出院时、出院后1个月、3个月肠造口并发症发生例数。结果干预组患者满意度、造口护理正确例数、自护能力较对照组显著提高(P<0.05),造口狭窄和造口周围皮肤并发症在出院后3个月内均显著降低(P<0.05),两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论专业小组全程化护理干预能使永久性肠造口患者得到标准化、规范化及延续性护理,能提高患者自护能力,有效降低造口并发症,改善患者的就医体验及术后生活质量。
Objeetive To study the applying effect of whole course nursing intervention with professional team for patients with permanent colostomy. Method 126 patients with rectal cancer after permanent colostomy were randomly divided into experimental group （68 cases） and control group （58 cases）. Patients in experimental group was given the entire process nursing intervention by professional team, patients in control group received conventional nursing intervention. The patients satisfaction, number of cases with colostomy nursing correctly, self-care ability and the number of cases of complications occurred after colostomy cases at discharge 1 month, 3 months after discharge was observed and compared between two groups. Result The patient satisfaction, the number of cases with colostomy nursing correctly, and self-care ability was significantly increased compared with the control group （P〈0.05）. The stoma stenosis and peristomal skin complications in 3 months after discharge were significantly reduced（P〈0.05）. There were significant differences between two groups. Conclusion By whole course nursing intervention with professional team, the patients with a permanent colostomy can get the thoroughly and standardized care. It can improve patient self-care ability, and effectively reduce the stoma complications and improve patient experience and quality of life of patients after surgery .
