摘要
目的:测量天津市滨海新区塘沽社区卫生服务机构妇女保健相关工作的工作量。方法:采用横断面调查的方法,对天津市滨海新区塘沽所有的社区卫生服务中心进行问卷调查。结果:妇女保健工作全年总工作时间约为4576.7小时,约每天需要18.5小时,按照日工作8小时计算,约需要2.3人完成妇保工作;体检类投入的工作时间最长。结论:社区妇幼保健人员队伍缺乏较好的激励机制和考核机制,造成了基层妇幼保健工作人员工作积极性低。以工作量为基础的绩效考核分配体系,符合政府的政策导向和医院改革发展的需要。
Objective To survey the women's health care service workload of community health service centers in Tianjin Binhal New Area Tanggu. Methods : All of the community health service centers were survey in Tianjin Binhai New Area Tanggu. Results: The total working time of women's health care services is 4576.7 hours. It takes about 18.5 hours a day. According to the calculation of eight hours per day,it needs 2.3 doctos to complete the job. The longest time is physical examination. Conclusion: Community health service center is lack of incentive and evaluation mechanisms, resulting in the staff working enthusiasm is low. Based on workload, the performance appraisal mechanism need to comply with the government's policy orientation and? hospital? reform and development.
