摘要
结合节电变频技术的原理,对换热站循环水泵进行加装节电变频器改造,节电的效果比较明显,可见,对水泵电机加装变频器将对企业有很大的节能空间。
Motor is the major electricity-consuming equipment of a water pump system. Compared with valve regulations to change flow,speed regulations save electricity to some degree. Energy conservation can be achieved by changing flowof the water pump through frequency regulations. This paper analyses the principle of speed regulation technology and computes the amount of electricity saving by remaking a circulating water pump with installation of frequency converter,so a company benefits a lot from installing frequency converter with water pump.
