新生儿高胆红素致脑损伤的免疫机制研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 新生儿高胆红素血症是新生儿时期的常见病、多发病,可引起机体多脏器损害,尤其是脑损害[1-2].近年来研究发现新生儿高胆红素血症患儿体内存在T细胞增殖与分化受到抑制及T细胞亚群功能紊乱的表现.免疫系统是机体的防御系统,它们通过各种作用介导或发挥多种免疫功能.胆红素对免疫系统的多种功能都有不良影响,如特异性体液免疫、细胞调节免疫及非特异性免疫.
