摘要
水资源的恶化与短缺已经成为全球问题,而城市水环境随着经济的发展仍不断遭受污染,有机污染、重金属污染、富营养污染充斥着供水水源,严重威胁人类的健康.本文分析了我国城市水污染的现状及原因,指出了产业、意识、制度及污染控制等方面的问题,并从经济、教育、监管制度、法律法规、排水及雨水系统、污水处理工艺及供水系统等方面提出相应的控制对策,为今后城市水环境的发展提供借鉴.
The eterioration and shortage of water resource has become a global problem. With the rapid economic development, urban water pollution is even worse than ever. As a result, organic pollution, heavy metal pollution and eutrophication pollution seriously threaten human health. Based on current situation and causes of urban water pollution in China, it is clear to find the causes on industry, consciousness, systems and pollution control. Several pollution control measures are pointed out in economy, education, supervision systems, laws, drainage and storm - water systems, sewage treatment process and water supply systems.
