急性心肌梗死患者口腔牙周健康指标及牙周炎现况分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的分析急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者口腔牙周健康指标及牙周炎患病现况。方法选择AMI患者85例及稳定性心绞痛患者(对照组)89例。检测两组患者牙周临床指标及牙周炎患病现况。结果 AMI组牙周探诊深度(PD)、临床附着丧失(CAL)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、菌斑指数(PLI)、牙石指数(CI)、牙齿缺失数及牙周指数(CPI)均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。AMI组中及重度牙周炎患病例数均明显多于对照组,而无牙周炎者明显少于后者,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论牙周健康指标较差、中及重度牙周炎患病率高可能是冠心病AMI患者患病的重要危险因素。
