摘要
为了解斑苦竹竹笋的品质,对它的营养状况进行了分析,结果表明:竹笋含有粗蛋白等多种营养成分,丰富的矿质元素和17种氨基酸。是营养价值较高、味道较好的一种蔬菜,可加以适当的发展。
To estimate the quality of Pleioblastus rnaculatus shoots, the nutritional ingredient in bamboo shoots of P. maculatus was analyzed. The results showed that the bamboo shoots not only contained crude proteins and 17 kinds of amino acids , but also rich in mineral elements. The shoot of P. maculatus is a kind of vegetable with nutrition and a good taste, so it could be appropriately popularized.
