摘要
应用不同方法制备活性Al2O3负载铜的催化剂,考察了催化剂催化过硫酸钠降解酸性蓝BRL染料的性能。结果表明,用沉淀法制得的催化剂性能最好,XRD表征显示,催化剂700℃焙烧,催化活性较高。当初始污染物浓度为110 mg·L-1,氧化剂浓度为0.80 g·L-1,催化剂用量为0.75 g·L-1时,降解2.5小时,酸性蓝BRL染料溶液的降解率可达84.2%。
Abslract: The copper-loaded activated Al2O3 as catalysts were prepared with different methods and the degradation performance of acid blue BRL by persullhte was investigated with this catalyst. The experimental results showed that the optimal performance could be achieved with the catalyst obtained by precipitation. XRD showed that catalyst could have good activity after being heated at 700℃. The removal rate of acid red FRL could reach 84.2 % after 2.5 h under certain conditions (the initial concentration of acid red FRL: 110 mg·L^-1, the concentration of oxidizing agent: 0.80 g·L^-1, catalyst dosage: 0.75 g·L^-1).
