响应面法优化金针菇配方及制袋期试验 被引量:3

Optimization of Cultivation Medium and Bag-making Month for Flammulina velutipe by Response Surface Methodology

摘要 以川金3号为研究材料,以Box-Behnken方法设计棉籽壳、蚕豆壳、玉米粉用量及制袋月份等自变量,变量设置3个水平,以利润率为响应值。试验分析数据结合生产实际情况得到的最优金针菇栽培配方为棉籽壳0%、蚕豆壳14%、玉米粉11%、棉渣70%、稻草5%、石灰2.2%、石膏2.2%、磷肥2.2%,制袋时间为9月24日,金针菇利润率可达70.4%。本试验以利润率为指标,综合制袋月份及栽培原料、人工费用等因素,分析获得最优金针菇栽培参数。试验贴近生产,指导性强。 Flammulina velutipe cultivar,Chuanjin 3#,was studied to optimize its cultivation medium formulations and find out its most suitable bag-making date. Method: Using Box-Behnken experimental design,dependent variable was profit rate and independent variables were bag-making date and the addition of cottonseed hulls,broad bean shell and corn flour. Results: Considering practical production,the optimized formula of cultivation medium were cottonseed hulls 0 %,broad bean shells 14 %,corn flour 11 %,cotton residue 70 %,rice straw powder 5 %,lime 2. 2 %,gypsum 2. 2 %,phosphate fertilizer 2. 2 %,and bag-making date was 24 September. Its desirable profit rate could reach 70. 4 %. Conclusion: Optimized cultivation parameters were obtained in this study,using profit rate as index and taking into consideration bag-making date and the expenses of cultivation materials and labor force. The design of this study was closely related to production practice,and its studying method and results had outstanding instructional quality
