摘要
以某型号拍合式功率继电器为研究对象,通过分析试验采集波形和高速摄像仪拍摄图像,发现其存在大量二次燃弧现象,主要是由触点释放回跳严重导致。提出了包括修改簧片尺寸参数和升级簧片材料等优化方案。分别采用动态特性联合仿真分析和试验测试两种方法对优化方案进行了验证。
A certain type of clapping power relay was studied in this paper. Firstly, by analyzing the collected waveform and high-speed camera images it was discovered that a large number of existing secondary arc phenomenon is mainly caused by serious contact release rebound. Secondly, optimization scheme including modifying the size parameters of the spring and upgrading the spring material has been put forward. Finally, optimization scheme is verified by dynamic characteristics simulation analysis and test.
