摘要
[目的]观察针刺疗法配合预见性护理防治产后尿潴留的效果。[方法]将80例具有尿潴留高危因素的产妇按照随机数字表法分为观察组(40例)和对照组(40例),观察组在针刺治疗基础上配合预见性护理,对照组在针刺治疗基础上配合常规健康教育,观察两组产妇干预后的效果。[结果]观察组治疗总有效率(95.0%)明显高于对照组(77.5%),经比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]针刺疗法是治疗产后尿潴留的一种有效手段,配合预见性护理措施可有效预防产后尿潴留发生,改善产妇的临床症状。
Objective：To observe the effect of acupuncture therapy com-bined with predictive nursing care for prevention and treatment of postpar-tum urinary retention.Methods：A total of 80 lying in women with the high risk factors of urinary retention were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each.The lying in women in observation group received acupuncture ther-apy combined with predictive nursing care,while the lying in women in control group received acupuncture therapy combined with conventional health education,and then to observe the effect of intervention on lying in women in both groups.Results：The total effective rate in observation group （95.0%）was significantly higher than that of control group （77.5%）,and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion：Acupunc-ture therapy is an effective method for the treatment of postpartum urinary retention,and acupuncture therapy combined with predictive nursing care can effectively prevent the occurrence of postpartum urinary retention and improve the clinical symptoms of lying in women.
