摘要
采用三维软件对炼化原油泵体零件进行了实体造型,铸造工艺设计过程中主要用模数法进行了冒口设计和计算,并采用铸造模拟软件进行充型、凝固模拟分析,确认了浇口、冒口的尺寸和具体位置,从而保证了铸造工艺设计的正确性,得到符合质量要求的铸造工艺。同时加强铸造生产各工序环节的控制,最终获得了高质量的炼化原油泵体铸件。
The three-dimensional software was used for the solid modelling of petroleum pump.The riser was designed and calculated using modulus method in the casting technology design.The filling and solidfying process was simulated to determine the size and place of sprue and riser.The correctness of the casting technology design was ensured.The high quality pump casting was obtained by strengthening the control of the each casting production process at the same time.
