摘要
分析了凌云县逻楼镇地理位置的特殊性及暴雨引起内涝的原因,从防洪抗涝的角度提出逻楼镇水情监测系统及内涝预警预测方案的具体构思,为逻楼镇内涝预警预测方案的实施提供参考。
Analysis was made on the special geographical position of Luolou Twon in Lingyun County and the causes for waterlogging after storm rain,based on which the author put forward specific ideas for Luolou Town re-gime monitoring system and the waterlogging alarm/prediction scheme,aiming to provide reference for implementa-tion of waterlogging alarm and prediction scheme in Luolou Twon.
