摘要
目的:研究婴幼儿发育商与抚养人相关因素的关系,为指导抚养人科学抚养提供依据。方法:选取2012年8月-10月在长春市某三甲医院儿童保健门诊进行智能筛查的婴幼儿共331例,对其进行Gesell发育测试结果分析。结果:抚养方式与应物能差异有统计学意义,具有相关性(χ^2=13.185,P〈0.05);抚养人文化程度与言语能差异有统计学意义,具有相关性(χ^2=29.44,P〈0.05);抚养方式与应人能差异有统计学意义,具有相关性(χ^2=13.58,P〈0.05),抚养人文化程度与应人能差异有统计学意义,具有相关性(χ^2=14.171,P〈0.05),喂养方式与应人能差异有统计学意义,具有相关性(χ^2=11.632,P〈0.05)。结论:抚养人的抚养方式、抚养人文化程度、喂养方式影响婴幼儿发育商指标,建议抚养人选取科学合理的抚养方法,重视婴幼儿早期教育。
Objective: To research the relationship between develoPmental quotient of infants and caregivers, provide a basis for guiding scientific fosterage. Methods: A total of 331 infants receiving intelligent screening in child health care outpatient of a grade three A hospital in Changchun from August to October in 2012 were selected, then the results of Gesell developmental test were analyzed. Results: Parenting way was correlated with responsible object ability (χ^2 = 13. 185, P 〈 0.05) ; the educational level of caregivers was correlated with language ability (χ^2 = 29.44, P 〈 0. 05 ) ; parenting way was correlated with personal - social ability (χ^2 = 13.58, P 〈 0. 05 ), the educational level of caregivers was correlated with personal - social ability (χ^2 = 14. 171, P 〈 0.05 ), parenting way was correlated with personal - social ability (χ^2 = 11. 632, P 〈 0. 05) . Conclusion: Parenting way, educational level and feeding way of caregivers affect developmental quotient of infants, it is recommended to adopt reasonable parenting way and pay attention to early education of infants.
