摘要
目的:了解幼儿师范学校中学生的增补叶酸预防神经管缺陷项目知晓情况,探索增补叶酸预防神经管缺陷项目的宣教路径。方法:对丽水市某幼儿师范学校学生1 453名,在宣教前后进行问卷调查并评价。结果:幼儿师范学校学生中增补叶酸预防神经管缺陷项目知晓情况不佳,通过开设增补叶酸预防神经管缺陷项目宣教课程,能显著提高学生的知晓率和认同度,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:在幼儿师范学校中开展增补叶酸预防神经管缺陷项目宣教课程,对提高增补叶酸预防神经管缺陷项目的实施水平有着非常重要的意义。
Objective To investigate the awareness of prevention against neural tube defects through supplementing folic acid among kindergarden training school students,and to explore the ways to popularize the knowledge. Methods We investigated 1 453 students in Lishui kindergarten training school, conducting questionnaire and evaluation before and after relevant education. Results The students were not well aware of the knowledge of supplementing folic acid to prevent against neural tube defects. The awareness rate and recognition of students could be significantly enhanced by opening the educational course. There was statistical significance between the differences(P〈0.01). Conclusions It is significantly meaningful to start the educational course of preventing against neural tube defects by supplementing folic acid in kindergarten training school to enhance the implementation of project on supplementing folic acid to prevent a gainst neural tube defects.
