摘要
恒温继电器底座组件是微型恒温继电器的关键部件,其可靠性关系到整个微型恒温继电器的性能。底座组件结构尺寸、气密性能、封接强度是难点和重点,特别是结构尺寸公差要求极小,对于焊接工艺要求很高。阐述了JUW-3M系列微型恒温继电器通用底座组件研制过程中的设计、工艺等关键内容。
The thermostat base module is a key component of micro-miniature thermostat, for its reliability have relations with capability of whole micro-miniature thermostat. Therefore the structural size, hermetic performance and sealing intensity of the base module is strictly required, especially for the structural size, for instance, the position tolerance for stationary contact after welding is required within ±0.01 mm, and this is very difficult to guarantee for welding. Taking a general base module of JUW-3M series micro-miniature thermostat as a example, the paper deals with design and technics and other key contents in the development process.
