摘要
以明矾石精矿为原料,通过热重-差热分析和热力学分析,表明明矾石在807 K左右开始分解脱水,焙烧脱水前后样品的XRD、SEM图谱分析表明,焙烧脱水后,明矾石的晶体结构遭到破坏,明矾石矿物发生分解,生成了硫酸铝钾和氧化铝。通过非等温热重法研究了脱水过程的动力学参数:表观活化能E≈270 k J/mo L。通过实验研究,确定了明矾石脱水工艺参数,在温度873 K,焙烧时间7 min,明矾石精矿的失重率达10%,达到明矾石精矿失去结构水的理论失重率。
In this paper,alunite concentrate,as the raw materials,was studied through TG-DTG and thermodynamics analysis. It began to dehydrate at about 807 K. The XRD and SEM results showed the crystal structure of alunite was destroyed after the dehydration process compared to the untreated concentrate,and alunite decomposed and formed aluminum potassium sulfate and alumina. The kinetic parameter was studied by non-isothermal thermogravimetry:the apparent activation energy E was about 270kJ/mol.The parameters of the alunite dehydration process also were determined in this experimental study. At the roasting temperature of 873 K, roasting time 7 min, the weight loss of alunite reached 10%, which reached the theoretical dehydration value of alunite concentrate.
