摘要
对复合材料与铝板螺栓连接进行静强度拉伸试验,分析了在不同孔径、不同拧紧力矩及有无垫圈情况下的螺栓强度特性。试验选用玻璃纤维树脂基复合材料与1050A工业纯铝板料的螺栓搭接,试验结果表明,拉伸试验达到最大载荷的90%时纤维断裂、树脂破碎、铝板塑性变形;继续拉伸,最终复合板料发生断裂;合理的拧紧力矩可以使试件破坏载荷有效提高20%~25%,高于单纯复合板料连接的破坏载荷值;但拧紧力矩过大则会使破坏提前发生;加垫圈不仅能增大最大载荷,还可缓解拧紧力矩过大对试件的挤压伤害;孔隙对最大载荷影响不大,对断裂破坏形式影响较大。
The static tensile-strength experiments of bolt-connection were conducted between composite sheets and aluminum sheets, and the bolt-connection strength characteristics were analyzed based on different apertures, tightening torque and with or without the washer. The bolt-connection between glass fiber reinforced polymer and industrial pure Aluminum 1050A was studied by the experiment. The experimental results show that when the load reaches 90% of the maximum load, the fiber is broken, resin is cracked and plastic deformation is in aluminum sheet. The composite sheet fractures when it is stretched continually. The reasonable tightening torque can improve 20% -25% of damage load, which is higher than that in the bolt-connection of simple composites sheets. When overlarge tightening torque is provided, the damage will happen in advance. The existence of washer not only improves the maximum load, but also eases the crush damage coming from overlarge tightening torque. The apertures have great influence on the forms of fracture failure but have little effect on the maximum load.
