摘要
湖北饮食文化属于区域饮食文化,它的发展呈现出鲜明区域特色的历史轨迹。从发展的视角来剖析,影响湖北饮食文化的因素有很多。通过分析可以清晰的展现,生态环境是其依存的重要条件。由此,研究湖北饮食文化首先要解决饮食文化发展与依存的生态环境之间的关系。
Hubei diet culture, whose develoment embodies its distinct regional characteristics, is a part of regional diet cultures. It is found that it can be affected by many factors by an analysis of its develoment. The existence of ecologic environment is important to Hubei diet culture. The relationship between them needs to be solved before a study of Hubei diet culture.
