摘要
针对当前危险品作业场所静电释放装置存在的安全隐患,提出一种具有数显和防爆功能的静电释放装置设计方法。利用设计合理的人体静电释放电阻,有效地控制人体静电释放时间与释放安全;采用直接接触的方式检测和显示人体静电值,释放结果可通过声光报警进行提示。该设计操作简便,能有效提高危险品作业场所的安全防护等级。
For the security risks of the electrostatic discharge ,a design for the electrostatic discharge with the function of digital display and explosion‐proof is proposed .By calculating the electrostatic discharge resistance ,the release time for the human electrostatic discharge can be controlled .The static value can be detected and displayed by contacting directly and the release results can be prompted through sound and light alarm .The design can improve the security level of dangerous workplace effectively .
